Deschiderea Laboratorului de Radioterapie cu Energii Înaltă la Spitalul Municipal Ploiești

Pe 31 ianuarie 2023, Spitalul Municipal Ploiești a marcat un moment important prin deschiderea oficială a Laboratorului de Radioterapie cu Energii Înaltă. Această investiție semnificativă are ca scop îmbunătățirea serviciilor medicale pentru pacienții din Prahova și din județele învecinate care sunt diagnosticați cu cancer.

Noua facilitate va oferi acces la tratamente de ultimă generație, permițând pacienților să primească îngrijiri medicale de calitate fără a mai fi necesar să călătorească în alte spitale din țară. Astfel, localnicii pot beneficia de proceduri avansate de radioterapie chiar în județul lor, ceea ce reduce atât costurile, cât și disconfortul legat de transport.

Autoritățile locale și echipa medicală speră ca acest laborator să aducă un aport semnificativ în lupta împotriva cancerului, oferind pacienților mai multe opțiuni și un tratament mai accesibil.
