Presiunea online afectează grav tinerele din România, avertizează specialiștii

Mai mult de jumătate dintre adolescentele din România resimt presiunea mediului online, peste 66% simțindu-se judecate pentru felul în care se îmbracă, iar aproape 50% se confruntă cu așteptări de a arăta perfect, potrivit unui studiu World Vision România.

Specialiștii în sănătate mintală trag un semnal de alarmă privind efectele acestor presiuni pe termen lung, menționând că „expozitia constantă la filtre, idealuri nerealiste de frumusețe și comentarii denigratoare poate duce la dezechilibre fizice și emoționale”.

Aceste semnale de alarmă vin pe fondul unei utilizări intense a rețelelor sociale, unde standardele de frumusețe devin tot mai greu de atins și generează frustrări și probleme de sănătate mentală, citează ziarulprahova.ro datele studiului.

Fenomenul devine o problemă tot mai gravă, iar specialiștii recomandă educație și suport psihologic pentru adolescente, astfel încât să se poată proteja de influențele negative ale mediului virtual.
