România U16 debutează la Turneul de Dezvoltare UEFA în Cipru

Reprezentativa U16 a României, sub conducerea selecționerului Alexandru Ciobanu, va participa la Turneul de Dezvoltare UEFA în Cipru, în perioada 11-16 februarie 2026. Printre jucătorii convocați se numără și petrolistul Rareș Manolache, care va străluci alături de colegii săi în competiția internațională.

Tinerii tricolori vor înfrunta echipele Țării Galilor, Scoției și Ciprului. Programul meciurilor este următorul:

- Miercuri, 11 februarie: Țara Galilor U16 – România U16, ora 11:00
- Vineri, 13 februarie: Scoția U16 – România U16, ora 11:00
- Luni, 16 februarie: Cipru U16 – România U16, ora 10:00

Primul și al doilea meci al echipei României se vor desfășura pe Kouklia Community Stadium, în timp ce ultimul joc va avea loc pe Geroskipou Municipality Stadium.
