Proteina GADD45A esențială în protejarea inimii împotriva stresului

Un studiu recent evidențiază rolul crucial al proteinei GADD45A în apărarea inimii față de efectele dăunătoare ale stresului. Cercetarea, realizată de specialiști de la Universitatea din Barcelona și alte instituții, subliniază importanța acestei proteine în menținerea sănătății cardiace.

Raportul publicat în revista Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences indică faptul că activarea proteinei GADD45A poate reprezenta o modalitate de a încetini dezvoltarea hipertrofiei cardiace patologice, o afecțiune gravă ce afectează inima.

Potrivit ziarulprahova.ro, cercetătorii au descoperit că stimularea GADD45A ar putea fi o strategie terapeutică revoluționară, deschizând noi perspective în tratarea bolilor cardiace legate de stres.

„Studiul nostru arată că proteina GADD45A protejează inima împotriva modificărilor cauzate de stres, ceea ce ne oferă o cale nouă pentru dezvoltarea tratamentelor”, a declarat echipa de cercetare, conform ziarulprahova.ro.
